When I arrived at the hotel, I found the room not very clean, especially the bathroom with dried-on urine on the toilet, soap scum in the shower, and toothpaste marks in the sink. The rooms were small considering the price paid, and it was a hassle to get extra towels. On the bright side, the location was great, with easy access to the city center, bus stop from the airport, and supermarkets.

When I first arrived, the room looked nice and clean, but it was so tiny it felt like a coffin. Unfortunately, nothing seemed to work in our room - the TV was broken, the fan wasn't working, and there were no towels. Even the electricity sockets were out of order. However, the location was ideal, just a 15-minute walk to the main Dam Square and facing a beautiful canal.
